Dr. Tamika D. Holmes, MBA, MHRM, EdD, Founder and Executive DirectorTamika Holmes is the visionary leader and founder of our organization. As the Executive Director, she provides strategic direction, manages financial responsibilities, oversees program development, and ensures that our mission and goals are effectively implemented. Tamika is passionate about empowering youth and creating positive change in our community.

DJ Holmes, Operations ManagerDJ is the Operations Manager, responsible for the day-to-day functioning of our programs and services. He plays a crucial role in coordinating various activities, managing resources, and ensuring the smooth operation of our initiatives. DJ is committed to upholding efficiency and excellence within our organization.

Briana Jeter – Administrative Operations Manager and Community Food Hubs ManagerBriana serves as the Administrative Operations Manager, where she oversees administrative tasks and operations to support the organization's goals. She also serves as the Community Food Hubs Manager, overseeing the distribution of food resources to the community, addressing food insecurity, and ensuring equitable access to nutritious food options.

April Densmore – Administrative Assistant to Executive DirectorApril supports Dr. Holmes and CCDN by providing administrative support, calendar management, program assistance, and personal wellness coordination. This position is a critical part of CCDN’s mission-driven leadership team and requires excellent communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Sarah Peoples – Receptionist (Volunteer)Ms. Sarah generously volunteers her time as a receptionist, helping with front desk duties, welcoming visitors, and providing essential administrative support to our organization.

Kamryn Austin – Programs Coordinator & Social Support Services Kamryn supports CCDN by managing and coordinating multiple community-based programs that align with CCDN’s mission to empower and support families, youth, and underserved populations. He ensures effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of program activities. Kamryn also provides Social Support Services to our student population bads

Dr. Erical Littleton – Academic CoordinatorDescription: The Academic Coordinator plays a critical role in leading the academic direction of Inspire Education Academy. This part-time position oversees instructional planning, curriculum alignment, academic support services, and student progress monitoring. The role ensures the successful implementation of adult education, workforce readiness, and high school completion programs including Alabama Career Essentials (ACE), ACT WorkKeys, Financial Literacy, and High School Diploma tracks.

Esaias Jackson – Tutor, Inspire Education AcademyEsaias provides academic tutoring support for students enrolled in Inspire Education Academy. He supports participants in achieving academic goals by reinforcing core subjects, preparing for assessments, and offering individualized assistance.

Sally Player – Transportation Driver (No photo listed)Sally provides safe transportation for CCDN participants to and from programs and events. She plays a key role in ensuring accessibility to CCDN’s services by removing transportation barriers for participants.

Ralph Sims – Parents Helping Parents Facilitator & Fatherhood InitiativeRalph facilitates the Parents Helping Parents program and actively contributes to the Fatherhood Initiative. He leads sessions and activities that empower parents and caregivers while promoting positive family dynamics.
