Community Care Development Network (CCDN) is launching a transformative Capital Campaign to raise $1.21 million — an investment that will expand our capacity to serve families, strengthen communities, and create lasting change throughout Jefferson County and beyond.

For over a decade, CCDN has been a trusted source of hope, access, and empowerment — providing food, education, workforce development, and family support through our four pillars of service: Prevention, Access, Stability, and Violence Interruption. Every program we offer meets individuals and families where they are — helping them move from surviving to thriving.

• Education Support Services – Inspire Education Academy: Building capacity to serve more youth and adults by helping them obtain their high school diplomas, workforce development credentials, and wraparound services that ensure long-term success.

• Human Support Services: Expanding our reach to serve more families across Jefferson County and into St. Clair County, providing essential food and resources to families in need.

• Needed Capacity: Expanding warehouse operations by adding a walk-in freezer and creating employment opportunities that strengthen community sustainability.

• Economic and Workforce Development Center: Offering education, trade training, and job placement through our Inspire Education Academy and Fatherhood/Motherhood Initiatives, helping individuals achieve self-sufficiency and stability.

• Debt Reduction and Sustainability: Ensuring long-term financial health and stability so CCDN can continue transforming lives and building stronger communities for years to come.
