Christmas at CCDN is more than a seasonal initiative—it's a heartfelt movement to ensure marginalized youth in our community feel the warmth, love, and magic of the holiday season.  ​This year CCDN is excited to announce it's partnership with Toys for Tots.

Who Can Apply

​​

• Children 14 years old and younger are eligible

• Parents/Guardians must provide verification documentation

1. Child's Birth Certificate

2. Valid ID

3. Proof of special assistance (such as WIC, Free Lunch, Medicaid, or SNAP)

How to Apply

Complete the registration form at the link below and be sure to include all children’s information before submitting.
