Programs & Services

CCDN Programs and Services support the whole family.  We believe in being the change we want to see in our home, school, church, and community.  The program and service resource support is in many areas.  If CCDN programs and services cannot help, there is always a connection to a partner that can provide. 

Our Programs

  • Human Support Services: CCDN’s most extensive program is its Human Support Services Program, which assists families with food, shelter, clothes, financial assistance, resource referrals, etc.).  The program serves approximately 2,600-3,000 families monthly in Jefferson County.

  • Family Support Services: CCDN’s Family Support Services Program provides Youth and Family     Mentoring (Precious Pearls of Promise for young ladies 11-18, Diamonds in the Rough for young men 11-18, Parents Helping Parents, and Private  Family Sessions

  • Education Support Services: CCDN also offers Education Support through its Inspire Education Academy, which assists youth 16 and young adults who did not complete their high school credentials, who are court-involved, and who have life barriers. Inspire also helps with life transition, providing career pathways to hands-on trade programs.

  • Community Outreach includes our E.L.E.C.T. Teen Summit, Back 2 School Supplies Year-Round, Pop-Up Food Hubs with partners, and collaboration opportunities that meet our organization's mission.

How Can We Help

Below are some of the ways CCDN provides assistance

Resource Connection

Connection to financial resource support through partners who provide mortgage, rent, and utility assistance.  While we sometimes get direct funding in we also have partners who are willing to help.

Human Support Services

We have 15 community food hubs providing up to 80lbs of food, diapers (adults and baby),  and forumula and ensure.  Clients can pickup food 2-times per month. 

Education Support & Resources

Connection to literacy resources, providing education through our Inspire Education Academy.  Inspire provides Lfie Skills, Job Skills, GED, and more...

Community Outreach 

Assist in community outreach projects with partners providing food and supplies as the time comes.

Family Support Services

Mentoring and education workshops for the entire family.  CCDN has youth mentoring, parent mentoring, family sessions, and workshops to help build and connect family.

Partnership

We are always looking for viable partnerships.  Partnering with CCDN will help serve more families.  We understand that there is strength in numbers.
