Our Purpose: Healing the Whole Family and Meeting Basic Needs

CCDN is comprised of passionate community leaders committed to making a positive impact. We believe that true healing begins with the family, and as such, we specialize in providing support that addresses the complex challenges faced by families today. Our vision is to empower and influence individuals to realize their full potential and create opportunities for themselves.

In our work, we draw inspiration from Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, a psychological theory that identifies a pyramid of human needs, with the most fundamental being physiological needs. These needs include food, shelter, clothing, and access to education and healthcare—essentials for survival and well-being.

Addressing Physiological Needs: Our Commitment to Families

CCDN understands the critical importance of addressing the physiological needs of families in crisis. We believe that no family should have to worry about where their next meal will come from or whether they will have a safe place to sleep. Thus, we have made it our mission to be a source of support for families in these trying times.

Join the CCDN Movement: Be the Change

We invite you to become a part of the CCDN movement. Whether you're a passionate volunteer looking to make a difference, a potential donor eager to support our vital programs, or a funder seeking a meaningful partnership, your involvement can help us create lasting change.

Together, we can overcome youth peer pressure, adult conflicts, education challenges, food insecurity, financial barriers, parental challenges, life skills deficits, and job obstacles. Together, we can empower families and strengthen our community, starting with meeting their physiological needs.
