We appreciate your financial support. Your monetary donations go towards helping individuals, children, and families in our community. The community God has entrusted to serve needs additional resources and services.
As we seek to expand in 2022 our goals are to:

Expand operations and programming

Hire additional support staff, street outreach coordinator, program director, case management staff, and program staff

End community hunger expanding CCDN Community Food Hubs in pockets of the community recognized as food deserts

Expand Inspire Education Academy providing trade program opportunities, life development planning, and workforce development

Expand Mental Health Solutions developing partnerships in the mental health industry, providing secure opportunities for clients to receive mental health services.

Start CCDN Gardens agriculture and small community farm program educating in agriculture, growing and harvesting fresh fruit, vegetables, and herbs, and teaching the business of agriculture.

Your support can end recidivism in poverty which is the root cause of many of our community challenges such as gun violence, stress, mental health challenges, generational poverty, physical health challenges, and division in homes, schools, churches, and communities. "Be the Change You Want to See in Your Home, School, Church, and Community!"

While providing this additional support, Community Care Development Network must honor our mission to empower individuals, youth, families, and our community with the opportunity to grow.
Donations
Here at Community Care Development Network (CCDN), we look to our community as a place where hope, faith, love, and charity are stored. Families who live in the community make up the strength and together we keep our community whole. When there is a piece broken in our community we all feel the change/brokenness. We must work together to strengthen the broken area again.

Volunteering
At the Center
Life Services
Community Food Hubs-CCDN has 6 community food hubs soon to be 9. Volunteers can help for a couple of hours or more. Help is needed in the following areas:
-
constructing food boxes, assembling toiletry bags and care packages,
-
unloading trucks on delivery days, and working community food hubs.
Intake Assistance-Assisting clients over the phone with completing essential needs applications, collecting documents and updating notes in the system, and resource research
Inspire Education Academy
Assisting students in the classroom with reading and literacy, job readiness, career planning, and mentoring
Youth Mentoring and Family Mentoring
CCDN is in need of volunteer speakers to assist with youth and family mentoring. Each quarter has a theme we work on that is faith-based.
Sponsoring
You can help sponsor in many areas from our E.LE.C.T. Teen Summits, Toiletry Drives, School Supply, Backpack Drives, Community Food Hub. Sponsorships help us build our supplies to give out to the community. Use the contact form to inquire more about sponsorship.
