Human Support Services
CCDN’s largest program is its Life Services Program, which assists families with human support services such as food, shelter, clothes, financial assistance, resource referrals, etc.). The program serves approximately 1400-1600 families monthly.
Community Food Hubs
Register for up to 160lbs of food twice per month at any of our community food hubs. Food hub groceries include dry goods, canned goods, and fresh produce. To see the schedule and register click the button below.
Essential Needs Assessments
CCDN resource connections include partnering with churches and nonprofits to help with financial resource assistance, clothes, employment, and housing. To sign up for service click the button below.
