Family Support Services
CCDN Family Support Services include assisting youth, parents, and families as a whole. The programs prvided are listed below:
Youth Mentoring
Youth Mentoring-CCDN has 2 youth mentoring programs. Precious Pearls of Promise (11-18 young ladies) and Diamonds in the Rough (11-18 young men).

Parent Mentoring
Parents Helping Parents-Parent mentoring for biological parents, guardians, grandparents, etc.

2nd Tuesday evening of each month at 6:00 pm-7:00 pm Virtual

4th Saturday of each month at 3:00 pm-4:30 pm In-person
Family Mentoring
Family Mentoring sessions are for family groups including single parents, co-parents, adoptive parents, and/or guardians who need a more one-to-one family approach. Family mentoring appointments can be scheduled by clicking below:
