CCDN Community Food Hubs were developed to help pockets of the community that are considered food deserts. A CCDN Food Hub may be at a central location to serve those in the community who do not regularly have access to food. This location can be a church local library or community center. CCDN has 13 active food hubs available for an emergency food box where you will receive between 40lbs up to 80lbs of food. Future plans are to open up 3 additional hubs in 2023. To register at one of our active food hubs click on the food hub name.
