Family Support Services
At Community Care Development Network (CCDN), we believe that strong families build strong communities. Our Family Support Services Program is designed to nurture and empower families by providing comprehensive mentoring, guidance, and emotional support. We offer programs that encourage growth, healing, and connection for youth and parents alike.

Our Family Support Services include:
-
Precious Pearls of Promise: A mentoring initiative tailored for young ladies aged 11–18, Precious Pearls of Promise cultivates confidence, leadership, and resilience. Through group mentoring sessions, interactive workshops, and one-on-one support, girls are empowered to reach their full potential in a safe and supportive environment.
-
Diamonds in the Rough: This mentoring program for young men aged 11–18 focuses on character development, goal-setting, and positive decision-making. Diamonds in the Rough helps participants build self-worth, develop life skills, and prepare for success through mentorship and community engagement.
-
Parents Helping Parents: A supportive network that connects parents with one another to share experiences, strategies, and encouragement. Parents Helping Parents offers monthly forums—both virtual and in-person—that provide valuable resources, guidance, and a sense of community as parents navigate the journey of raising children.
-
Private Family Sessions: Our personalized family sessions are designed to address specific family dynamics and challenges. With a compassionate, strengths-based approach, these sessions help families improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationships in a confidential and supportive setting.
