About the event

About Community Food Hubs Program

At CCDN, we understand that access to nutritious food is essential for building healthier, more stable communities. We're proud to introduce our Community Food Hubs Program, a vital initiative rooted in our commitment to Prevention, Access, and Stability.

  • Prevention: Addressing Food Insecurity Head-On: Food insecurity is a pressing issue in many communities, with far-reaching consequences for individuals and families. Through our Community Food Hubs, we aim to prevent hunger and its associated challenges by providing a reliable source of nutritious food to those in need.

  • Access: Breaking Down Barriers to Food: Access to nutritious food can be a significant challenge for individuals facing food insecurity. Our Community Food Hubs are strategically located in areas with limited food access and transportation options, ensuring that families have a convenient and reliable way to access the support they need.
