Inspire Career Education Development was created for nontraditional students who are looking for second chances. Nontraditional students are defined

High School Drop-out

Justice-involved (criminal record, juvenile record, returning home from prison)

Unemployed or underemployed

Looking for a better life, education, and/or career opportunity
