Christmas at CCDN Sign-Up Now Open – Important Changes and Application Process

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are excited to announce that applications for the Christmas at CCDN program are now open! This year, we are committed to making the holiday season special for the youth in our community, and we invite you to sign up your child(ren) to receive Christmas gifts through our program.

 

Important Updates to the Program:

Please note that this year, we have introduced a verification process to ensure that we can fairly and accurately serve the youth in our community. Here’s what you need to know:

1. Verification Process:

   • Once you complete your application, you will be required to undergo a verification process.

   • The verification process will be communicated via email, so it’s important that you provide a valid email address when completing the application.

2. Required Documents for Verification:

   • For each child you sign up, you will need to provide a valid birth certificate or proof of guardianship.

   • Valid identification (e.g., driver’s license, state ID, or passport) for the parent or guardian is also required.

3. Application Review and Verification:

   • During the verification period, our staff will review your application and confirm all provided information.

   • You will receive email updates and instructions on how to submit your documents as part of the verification process.
