CCDN has several internship areas. Interning with CCDN offers real-world practical experience in our programs. Internship opportunities range from Social Work to Accounting. There are many times during the year interns can sign up in Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall. We also offer community service opportunities, education opportunities, and high school internships

Life Services Program provides essential needs such as food, clothes, toiletries, resource connection for rent and utility assistance, administrative support, and more...

Interns may choose to help in the food pantry, toiletry pantry, administration, or case management

Inspire Education Academy

Inspire Education Academy is designed to help students enrolled to transition from hard places to life. This program works with youth starting at age 16 and up. The program provides educational support, life development, workforce development, financial literacy, and more...

Interns may choose to help tutor in reading and math, become a mentor, or assist with mock interviews

Youth, Parent, and Family Mentoring

CCDN Mentoring Programs provide support to youth, parents, and families. The support comes in the form of mentoring sessions group and private (upon request). We work in settings that help provide practical solutions to barriers for youth, parents, and families. The outcomes assist in developing problem-solving skills, better communication, and critical thinking

Interns may choose to be a speaker in group settings or provide resource support.

Community Outreach

CCDN Community Outreach projects are short-term projects. We have projects such as Christmas at CCDN, Back to School Backpack Giveaway, E.L.E.C.T. Teen Summits, building projects, and more...

Interns may choose to volunteer in any of these capacities which come around in more seasonal settings.
